Is there a way to create a custom campaign for earning loyalty points, or do I have to choose from pre-existing ones?

Yes, there is! :tada:

It’s called Custom Action Campaign - an action-based campaign that allows you to reward customers for performing an action of your choice. Here are the steps for creating a Custom Action Campaign:

  1. On your Yotpo Loyalty & Referral admin, go to Programs > Earning Points.
  2. Click on Start a New Campaign.
  3. Click "Select" on the Custom Action campaign button.

:grey_exclamation: Keep in mind that in order to reward customers for completing an action outside your Yotpo loyalty program, you need to establish a communication of action completion either by manually sending an API call OR by automating the API call.
