What kinds of transactional messages should I send?

These messages will connect your customers with the real-time updates that matter most to them and will build brand credibility and trust. Here are the essentials I’d recommend: 

  • Order confirmation: Notify customers that you’ve received their order and it is being processed.
  • Order shipped: Once the order is on its way, let a customer know and provide a tracking link so they can check the status.
  • Out for delivery: Share with customers that the shipping carrier will soon be delivering the package to their door. 
  • Package delivered: Let your customers know that their order has been delivered and is waiting for them. 
  • Review request: After a customer receives their order, send a review request to get their feedback on the product or their experience with your brand!
