A base tier option has been added to the VIP Tiers program. Shoppers who opt into your loyalty program will automatically enter the tier and remain in it until they gain a higher VIP tier status. Much like other tiers, the base tier is reflected in your eCommerce platform, ESP, and Yotpo admin dashboards.
