Allow Customers to manage their rewards and how to use

Customers can click redeem for subscriptions and redeem for one-time orders. However, if someone wants to switch from one-time order to subscriptions, they can not currently put the points back into the account. Give customers more access to manage their points on their own and switch between subscriptions and one-time order redemptions easily.

We reached out to our Product team, and they loved it! We received similar suggestions from other customers. At this moment, we can’t share any short-term timeframe in which we can implement this, but we can share with you that we are working on an extensive redesign of the rewards history.
