Loyalty: Create a Unique Code That When Used = Points

Hi all - I’ve not been able to figure this out however I’m hoping one of you can help.We’d like to issue codes to several influencers Codes are unique to each influencer The code has an order rule (e.g., $100+ order) When a customer uses a code and it meets the order rule, the customer gets 1000 loyalty pointsIs this type of framework available?  We use Shopify.  Thank you.Steve

Do you happen to know if the VIP Tier Earned webhook fires when you go down a tier because of points redemptions?  I know it works when you gain a new tier, but wondering about the opposite direction. Thanks. Steve

Hello! I want to transition our loyalty program from points never expiring to expiring after 1 year of inactivity. Does anyone have any recommendations or insights on an appropriate timeline to transition? Also any recommendations on how to communicate the change would be appreciated!  Thanks!
