After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !
Hey guys, just installed the Yotpo Subscription service on my Shopify Venue theme and so far so good on the back end of things!My only issue is that it now shows on the products page a “Initial Deposit” choice which doesn’t make sense to me. Here’s a screenshot. https://www.shophagwood.com/collections/soaps/products/blaze-orange How do I get rid of this? This doesn’t seem to make sense to me. The subscribe button below all of that works, but why is this “Initial Deposit” choice showing up?Any help would be great because this looks very “scamm-y” to me lol.Shopify 2.0Theme: VenueApp Embed: Enabled
If a customer has a subscription set up, and wants to add a one time purchase item, can they do that? For example, if a customer has a coffee of the month subscription set up and that wanted to add a coffee cup to an upcoming order. Does Yotpo have that option available?Thanks!

The launch of Subscriptions marks Yuval Goldstein’s, our Director of New Products fifth year of product development with Yotpo. He originally joined to lead Reviews and Visual UGC after coming fresh from Microsoft, Wix, and a handful of other small startups.
