Hey, the easiest way would be to just ask your customers! If you find that engagement has dropped off, ask how often they’d like to receive messages from you and what kinds of messages they prefer, so you can tailor your strategy most effectively!
The templates from the session are already available in the Yotpo SMSBump’s built-in Campaign Planner and here you can find 40+ actionable SMS templates for the upcoming BFCM. Happy texting!
