As a result of the upcoming recession, there is concern regarding providing lots of discounts and how that will affect your margins. What other strategies can you use besides direct discounts?

Hey @adamlong, great question! I think that not giving out discounts can actually help you create more genuine loyalty amongst your shoppers. Instead of building a program that is transactional where clients buy only because they have coupons, provide them value and engagement opportunities. For instance, provide perks like: early access to new products, secret sales, double points days, free gifts, product/ service consultations. You can use the VIP Tiers on your program to provide progressive rewards that people want to have, so you are not only giving engagement based perks but you are also gamifying it so people want to advance to the next tier to unlock those!
