Yotpo app causes large HTML size?

Hi Team! Since moving from our old review app to Yotpo, my web developer and SEO manager have noticed that our site can not be crawled by semrush due to a large HTML file. Digging deeper, they found the issue being caused by the Yotpo app. Has anyone had the same experiences?

Show order number on points rewardedNew

It’s difficult to track which orders points came from when VIP tiers allot different points for different tiers (for example, our Insider tier gives 1.25 points for every $1 purchase). It requires us to do math then when trying to match the order to the points rewarded for it. This would be solved by placing the order number instead of it saying simply “Made a purchase”

Customers name dropping a competitor in their Reviews - best practices?

I’ve been noticing as our reviews base grows that I am seeing more instances of customers name dropping a competitor in their review. Not always in a bad way. Sometimes it’s “I like these better than X brand” or “was hoping these would work but I went with X brand instead”. Wondering what others are doing here, allowing them or not allowing them, seeing positive results from leaving the or removing them? Etc. Thank you.

More Options to edit desktop vs mobile viewNew

I wish there were easier ways to crop and edit layout of text and images to adjust desktop vs mobile. Example the image for the referrals block finding something that looks good for both desktop and mobile (it becomes a long block on mobile and is not conducive to the UX. Other example placement of the log in and create account buttom on banner.

Can we send request email randomly?

Does anyone know if it's possible to send review emails randomly through Yotpo, and if so, how can it be done? As far as I know, there might be a way to change the delivery settings each time or to set up segmentation.Furthermore, it was mentioned that Chat-GPT can shuffle customers in Yotpo, is that accurate? If so, could you also provide information on how to set it up?Additionally, is it possible to send review request emails to specific individuals?

Right now it’s only possible for customers to leave a photo in the review if they get the e-mail. It should be possible to leve photos even if you don’t receive the email and leave the review directly from the site. Great way to show others the results of products and collect UGC

Adobe Commerce "Single Store Mode"

We were having an issue where we couldn’t get Yotpo configured in our Adobe Commerce/Magento v2.4.6 store & figured out it was due to it being set to “Single Store Mode”. We opened a ticket with Yotpo support & they told us it was a known issue and it’s not currently supported but there was no timeline or information on if/when it would be fixed which is confusing because when searching for more information on this problem we found there to be many references to “Single Store Mode” within the official Yotpo extension & the functionality was even built into previous Magento releases so it looks like this was supported at some point. So we just wanted to see if anyone else has run into this issue & if they were able to figure out a solution that didn’t involve changing the store mode? We have a lot of extensions & customizations so changing that store mode would require a considerable amount of testing & potentially development work if it were to break anythin

Why does the shopify subscriber show invalid after importing yotpo?

After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !
