After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !
Hello,I noticed from months ago that the stars ratings dissapeared in our organical seo results. Is this due to the plan we currently have or is it any other reason? We had stars displaying in seo results in the past but apprently this function dissapeared for no reason. Can you please help me recover this function?
Hello, I just upgraded my php from 7.4. to 8.1. Most of my website works fine, however, when I switch languages I get the error "Unsupported operand types: string + int"I use the latest Joomla 4 version and the Helix 3 template.I found a similar post here: click here It seems that the template needs an upgrade, right?When can this be expected? - php 7.4 is not supported anymore...Thank you!
The self-service aspect of the Yotpo on-page review widget is great, but can anyone suggest a way to help with this use case: customer service asks a customer to leave a review for a product they have and in this request give the customer as few steps as possible to complete the task.I was thinking an anchor link (not supported according to Yotpo live chat). Any other suggestions?
Hi! I am wanting to exclude loyalty members who have made a redemption in the last 30 days from a flow. I’m trying to filter these members in a Klaviyo flow but I can’t seem to find a metric which will ID these loyalty members. I created a segment in Yotpo to see who these people are, but it doesn’t look like you can sync segments to Klaviyo from Yotpo either? Thanks so much!
Hi,I noticed that most integrations support loyalty and conversions, but the WooCommerce one only supports reviews and galleries. So I wanted to ask the developers if this is on the roadmap for WooCommerce and if so, when would it be expected? Has anyone else managed to set this up through the generic instructions with the WordPress API or Woo webhooks that could share the steps? Thanks for any tips!
I’ve noticed that Yotpo subscription adds tags to customers in Shopify. Is there a guide that indicates what conditions these tags represent. It appears that tags are also not removed from a customer based on their behavior as least when I attempt to segment customers based on these tags. What I’m trying to do is segment customers who have an active subscription, customers that have paused their subscription, and customers who have canceled their subscriptions. However in cases where the customer has more than one subscription the tags are really not useful.

I’ve read the guide on how to set up custom earning rules with an API call.I want the customer to upload or send us an e-mail with a screenshot to earn points. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do this? Is there a way of doing it on the landing page or communicating that on the landing page?
Hello,I am paying some developer hours because as far as I know the footer badge is only clickable to open the window reviews when the side tag “reviews” is displayed. We had to hide this side tag “reviews” from our web when customers visit it from mobiles because this reviews tag was affecting other web functionality buttons such as the one used to pass pictures. So now if you enter our web centraldelhogar.com from a computer you can click on the footer badge and the reviews new window open but if you click the badge from a mobile the customer can’t read reviews because the reviews window does not pop up because the side badge is hidden. Is there any code or easy way to configure the option for the reviews window to open when clicking footer badge from mobiles?Thanks,Francisco
Hello! I have some products that have MAP pricing. With the abandoned cart flow there appears to be no way to exclude certain products from the coupon code that goes out. There appears to be a way for me to apply a static code that I create in shopify and include it however, with browser extensions like honey this would get pulled in and I would have code leakage. I’d like to move all my SMS over from Klaviyo to SMSbump but this hiccup is what is preventing me. Does anyone have a workaround that would allow this to work.
Hi, I’m trying to make our website compliant with cookie consent laws, and I noticed that the Yotpo extensions sets a cookie (yotpo_pixel) which I can’t catch by my third-party software, so people who have opted out of cookies still get this cookie.Does anyone have a solution to this?
We re trying to figure out how to selectively choose reviews with specific keywords. We do a lot of hotel bedding and want to showcase to customers reviews from customers who bought an item after enjoying at a hotel. For example “Hilton hotels”, I then want to put those reviews on a webpage - it can be dynamic or static’. Thx!

In the setup for adding coupons to the review request emails (Yotpo Reviews), there are three options for expiration: “coupons expire on”, “coupons expire x days after they are received”, and “none”. For either of the first two options, how do we manage the batches of coupons from our e-commerce platform?In the e-commerce platform (we use Salesforce Commerce Cloud, but applies to any platform), we can set up batches of coupons with expiration dates. And in Yotpo, we can upload those. But, for example if we select “coupons expire 90 days after they are received”, how do we match that to uploaded coupons? What expiration date would we set on the batch of coupons in the e-commerce platform (which of course does not know when each coupon will be mailed out).Or, if we select an explicit date, then we would have an issue where recipients who receive them sooner might have 90 days, but the recipient receiving them on the last day would have only 1 day to redeem.
