How to check my Average Star Ratings?

Hey fam, can you help me - I’m trying to find the summary of all my reviews data. I need to check my Average Star Ratings over time, but can’t seem to figure out where the information is stored. 😅

Accessing the Reviews Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Yotpo Reviews admin
  2. Click Analytics

 

 

Accessing the Average Star Ratings Tab

  1. Click here:

 

  •  The Average Star Rating tab will open

Average Star Rating for the selected date range

Average Star Rating over all time

Change over the last 30 days

Results graph 

This graph shows the average star rating for the period you selected.
The timescale on the x-axis changes according to the date range you select:

Last 7 days: Day 
Last 30 days: Day
Last 90 days: Week
All Time: Month
Custom Range: Depends on the custom range
