Yotpo smsbump do not have pop-up

I downloaded the plugin smsbump from shopify and intend to use it. But after a week I realized that many of his functions are not the same as they were in the beginning.
1. The webpage popup function is gone
2. Contacts are not automatically synchronized
3. The data analysis seems to be different from before. 
What's wrong with it? I've been looking for customer service everywhere and can't get in touch with anyone.
