Two questions:How many review requests will a customer receive who have made 10 orders in the last 12 months. Will they receive many review requests? I do not want to spam, and there seems to be no way to tell how many emails this is going to generate on a per customer basis. How do I highlight reviews on my front page in my Slideshow template in Shopify or if not in the Slidehow, beneath it
As the title says. I’ve enabled everything, it accepts reviews from the product page no problem. The reviews are auto published, and set to published right now. I can go to any product, write a review, and it accepts from there. However, no products show any review count - they remain at 0. What am I doing wrong? John

I downloaded the plugin smsbump from shopify and intend to use it. But after a week I realized that many of his functions are not the same as they were in the beginning.1. The webpage popup function is gone2. Contacts are not automatically synchronized3. The data analysis seems to be different from before. What's wrong with it? Does anyone know if it's possible to send review emails randomly through Yotpo, and if so, how can it be done? As far as I know, there might be a way to change the delivery settings each time or to set up segmentation.Furthermore, it was mentioned that Chat-GPT can shuffle customers in Yotpo, is that accurate? If so, could you also provide information on how to set it up?Additionally, is it possible to send review request emails to specific individuals?
