It would be great if the coupon codes were seen as REDEEMED within the customer’s view of the reward history within their account. Currently, they still show the code even after they’ve been used.

Can you share more about the Subscription service you are using? Our Product team shared with us that it’s possible to remove an applied discount code on a recurring subscription order for merchants using Yotpo Subscriptions. But it’s not supported in our Recharge or Ordergroove integrations.

Thanks for the update. This is a great solution for Subscription orders, but what about one time orders? If someone redeemed points but forgets to use the coupon code? How can they put those points back into their accounts?
Also, the original request was that once used, the codes in Rewards History would say USED, right now they all seem to show as available (even if already redeemed).
