Hi, I’m trying to make our website compliant with cookie consent laws, and I noticed that the Yotpo extensions sets a cookie (yotpo_pixel) which I can’t catch by my third-party software, so people who have opted out of cookies still get this cookie.Does anyone have a solution to this?

In the setup for adding coupons to the review request emails (Yotpo Reviews), there are three options for expiration: “coupons expire on”, “coupons expire x days after they are received”, and “none”. For either of the first two options, how do we manage the batches of coupons from our e-commerce platform?In the e-commerce platform (we use Salesforce Commerce Cloud, but applies to any platform), we can set up batches of coupons with expiration dates. And in Yotpo, we can upload those. But, for example if we select “coupons expire 90 days after they are received”, how do we match that to uploaded coupons? What expiration date would we set on the batch of coupons in the e-commerce platform (which of course does not know when each coupon will be mailed out).Or, if we select an explicit date, then we would have an issue where recipients who receive them sooner might have 90 days, but the recipient receiving them on the last day would have only 1 day to redeem. I’ve noticed that Yotpo subscription adds tags to customers in Shopify. Is there a guide that indicates what conditions these tags represent. It appears that tags are also not removed from a customer based on their behavior as least when I attempt to segment customers based on these tags. What I’m trying to do is segment customers who have an active subscription, customers that have paused their subscription, and customers who have canceled their subscriptions. However in cases where the customer has more than one subscription the tags are really not useful.
We are using API to send client products to Yotpo. We should send 200k+ SKUs to Yotpo. But got rate limit exceeded and couldn’t send all SKUs in time. Taking 30 mins to send 5k SKUs.You are following limit of 5 requests/second on API requests. So we couldn’t send/complete all SKUs to you in time by this restriction.Can you please suggest any way to allow this without any restriction?
After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !
Hello,My hosting people confirmed that the reason why my web is running extremely is due to calls to amazonweb services. The calling line is:12u IPv4 3706246018 0t0 TCP lin157.loading.es:46754->ec2-3-226-207-132.compute-1.amazonaws.com:https (ESTABLISHED)I believe this are the api calls from yotpo module to your servers. Can you please confirm? I can’t handle or affords having an extremely slow webpage due to having yotpo. I have been carrying this problem for months but it seems it is getting worst and worst. I will have to consider moving to another supplier if the problem is not solved.Can anybody from the yotpo tech department offer me a tailored solution to solve this? We already implemented a script that was passed to us by them but the problem seems is not solved.
Hi,I noticed that most integrations support loyalty and conversions, but the WooCommerce one only supports reviews and galleries. So I wanted to ask the developers if this is on the roadmap for WooCommerce and if so, when would it be expected? Has anyone else managed to set this up through the generic instructions with the WordPress API or Woo webhooks that could share the steps? Thanks for any tips!
