How do I set up a custom earning rule where the customer uploads a screenshot to earn points?
I’ve read the guide on how to set up custom earning rules with an API call.I want the customer to upload or send us an e-mail with a screenshot to earn points. Do you have any suggestions on how I can do this? Is there a way of doing it on the landing page or communicating that on the landing page?
Multi-language options for all Yotpo features? (translation)
I'm looking to get a client set up with Yotpo on Shopify, but wanted to verify that all Yotpo modules can be translated as it's not clear to me from the articles in the help centre, which address this feature by feature.Are there any current or upcoming modules that were presented at Retain Forward that *will not* be translatable? 🙏
Why does the shopify subscriber show invalid after importing yotpo?
After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !
Lost stars in organic seo results
Hello,I noticed from months ago that the stars ratings dissapeared in our organical seo results. Is this due to the plan we currently have or is it any other reason? We had stars displaying in seo results in the past but apprently this function dissapeared for no reason. Can you please help me recover this function?
Re-sent review request and replacement review is strange?
Hey there! I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal and if the feature is working as it should. We were testing the re-send review request option, so we had a customer (friend) leave a review (they had made a purchase and the request was in their email) and they left a great review, and when we re-sent the request they were just going to change the star rating from 4 to 5. Well they got the re-sent request, but when the review updated all of their original review was replaced and now the header just says “revised review” and the body says “now with five stars”. The person told us there wasn’t a space to write a review just to change the star rating? It seems to kind of invalidate the whole process of asking a customer to revise a review if they can’t actually write anything :(We traded a really thoughtful four star review for a five star one that looks like it's written by an AI bot :(Is there some potential that this person accidentally looked over the space to customize the re
Problem to display reviews on mobile devices
Hello,I am paying some developer hours because as far as I know the footer badge is only clickable to open the window reviews when the side tag “reviews” is displayed. We had to hide this side tag “reviews” from our web when customers visit it from mobiles because this reviews tag was affecting other web functionality buttons such as the one used to pass pictures. So now if you enter our web centraldelhogar.com from a computer you can click on the footer badge and the reviews new window open but if you click the badge from a mobile the customer can’t read reviews because the reviews window does not pop up because the side badge is hidden. Is there any code or easy way to configure the option for the reviews window to open when clicking footer badge from mobiles?Thanks,Francisco
SMSBump Abandon cart Coupon excluding products
Hello! I have some products that have MAP pricing. With the abandoned cart flow there appears to be no way to exclude certain products from the coupon code that goes out. There appears to be a way for me to apply a static code that I create in shopify and include it however, with browser extensions like honey this would get pulled in and I would have code leakage. I’d like to move all my SMS over from Klaviyo to SMSbump but this hiccup is what is preventing me. Does anyone have a workaround that would allow this to work.

Hi, I’m trying to make our website compliant with cookie consent laws, and I noticed that the Yotpo extensions sets a cookie (yotpo_pixel) which I can’t catch by my third-party software, so people who have opted out of cookies still get this cookie.Does anyone have a solution to this?
Amazonservice calls making speed loading slow
Hello,My hosting people confirmed that the reason why my web is running extremely is due to calls to amazonweb services. The calling line is:12u IPv4 3706246018 0t0 TCP lin157.loading.es:46754->ec2-3-226-207-132.compute-1.amazonaws.com:https (ESTABLISHED)I believe this are the api calls from yotpo module to your servers. Can you please confirm? I can’t handle or affords having an extremely slow webpage due to having yotpo. I have been carrying this problem for months but it seems it is getting worst and worst. I will have to consider moving to another supplier if the problem is not solved.Can anybody from the yotpo tech department offer me a tailored solution to solve this? We already implemented a script that was passed to us by them but the problem seems is not solved.
