Automatic Resend Unopens

Is there a way to automatically resend unopened emails?I’ve tried creating a segment of people who have not opened emails in 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, so I can duplicate my email campaigns and resend it to only those who didn’t open the original email and it didn’t work.I want to increase my open rates, but being able to automatically set each campaign to resend to those who didn’t open the original email in 3 days, would be a game changer! Not many other providers have this functionality, but it’s definitely one I’d like to have. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Flow status Goes From Live To Draft

So, I have a shopify website and I set up embed and popup forms and welcome flows for my SMS marketing, when they sign up they get the confirmation button but as soon as they confirm the welcome flows automatically changes from live to draft. also the analytics of the embed and popup are not update when someone signs up, the only way i know if someone signs up is to see at the bottem left how many subscribers i have. I would appreciate it soo much if someone can help me resolve this matter, i have been trying to fix this for like 3hrs no result.

SMSBump Abandon cart Coupon excluding products

Hello! I have some products that have MAP pricing. With the abandoned cart flow there appears to be no way to exclude certain products from the coupon code that goes out. There appears to be a way for me to apply a static code that I create in shopify and include it however, with browser extensions like honey this would get pulled in and I would have code leakage. I’d like to move all my SMS over from Klaviyo to SMSbump but this hiccup is what is preventing me. Does anyone have a workaround that would allow this to work.

About the new v3 yotpo

Hello,Does anybody know some external developer who has already had the experience to implement the new v3 widget? My store is based in prestashop and I would like to implement the new version, the one I currently have now creates slowliness in the loading time to the web due to the api calls that makes to aws hosting where yotpo is located. The point is that I dont know how much time it would cost to implement this change. Can someone recommend a third party developer. Also, can you please give me a reasonable timescope to have an idea of the amount of hours required to implement such change?

Side by Side Images Stacking In Mobile Emails

Hello.  I am very new to the YOTPO email editor as I am a Klaviyo convert.I am trying to keep these images side by side in the mobile email, but it stacks them.  Is there a specific setting I am missing to keep them side by side?The mobile version of the email is an absolute mess.

From looking at the features, I see the loyalty product allows shoppers to earn points by following the brand on instagram. But last I heard, the Instagram API no longer supports verifying followers. How does Yotpo ensure someone follows the brand on Instagram to correctly issue points?

Checkout extension widgets translation

My website has other language. And I was created a case to translate the checkout extension widgets to local language. I was asked the shopify support and their answer is they can’t change the additional feature. Then my CSM contact me and told me they can’t do that! and suggest me to delete the widgets on my checkout extension!!!!   I believe the Yotpo developer team could do this, why they don’t want to do the localization.  Sad!!!!!!!!!!

Unable to style scheduled earning rules

We often schedule earning rules such as double points weekends.However, unless I’m missing something, there is no way to style the earning rule tile until it’s live because it doesn’t show up on in the ‘display on site’ editor until live and therefore when it launches it takes on the default Yotpo style instead of our brand styleThis obviously means that if you have a new earning rule scheduled to start midnight, you’re going to have to log at night to change it.So,is there a way to style tile before it goes live? And if not, why not?Thanks.

Why does the shopify subscriber show invalid after importing yotpo?

After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !

Hi, I’m trying to make our website compliant with cookie consent laws, and I noticed that the Yotpo extensions sets a cookie (yotpo_pixel) which I can’t catch by my third-party software, so people who have opted out of cookies still get this cookie.Does anyone have a solution to this?
