About the new v3 yotpo

Hello,Does anybody know some external developer who has already had the experience to implement the new v3 widget? My store is based in prestashop and I would like to implement the new version, the one I currently have now creates slowliness in the loading time to the web due to the api calls that makes to aws hosting where yotpo is located. The point is that I dont know how much time it would cost to implement this change. Can someone recommend a third party developer. Also, can you please give me a reasonable timescope to have an idea of the amount of hours required to implement such change?

Why does the shopify subscriber show invalid after importing yotpo?

After I imported my 1000+ (maybe 2000 or more) subscribers from shopify into yotpo as yotpo asked, yotpo only set 200+ recent purchasers as subscriptions, and all others were inactive , and I can't modify this state, why? This is a Black Friday sale! And there is almost no customer service, the live chat never gets through! !

reviews popup stopped displaying reviews

This is quite odd but while the yotpo badge collects and displays the reviews correctly, if you click on it to open the window reviews the last ones that display are from november 2023 in both cases: product reviews and site reviews. It’s quite strange for a customer to see that there is no review activity since november. Can you please help me solve this issue so the window display both: product and site reviews chronologically? I have already open a ticket to support but I need a quick solution to this issue because I think is affecting our convertion rate.

Do Yotpo reviews get indexed for SEO? We are seeing errors in Google Search Console

We run Yotpo Reviews on a WooCommerce site.  For SEO we use the Yoast plugin and the Yoast WooCommerce plugin.There might be interference between Yotpo and Yoast.Google Search Console tells us that the markup on our product pages is missing these 2 fields: “aggregateRating” and “review”.Does Yotpo populate those fields and others necessary for good SEO indexing of our ratings and reviews?  We don’t see them on our product pages Has anyone else seen conflict between Yotpo and Yoast?  Is the solution to turn off Yoast?

Multiple Questions: Turning on Reviews for 1st Time, Reviews Widet

Two questions:How many review requests will a customer receive who have made 10 orders in the last 12 months.  Will they receive many review requests? I do not want to spam, and there seems to be no way to tell how many emails this is going to generate on a per customer basis. How do I highlight reviews on my front page in my Slideshow template in Shopify or if not in the Slidehow, beneath it

Re-sent review request and replacement review is strange?

Hey there! I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal and if the feature is working as it should. We were testing the re-send review request option, so we had a customer (friend) leave a review (they had made a purchase and the request was in their email) and they left a great review, and when we re-sent the request they were just going to change the star rating from 4 to 5. Well they got the re-sent request, but when the review updated all of their original review was replaced and now the header just says “revised review” and the body says “now with five stars”. The person told us there wasn’t a space to write a review just to change the star rating? It seems to kind of invalidate the whole process of asking a customer to revise a review if they can’t actually write anything :(We traded a really thoughtful four star review for a five star one that looks like it's written by an AI bot :(Is there some potential that this person accidentally looked over the space to customize the re

Installed Yotpo Reviews, have 2 Reviews on a product published - Product shows 0 Reviews

As the title says. I’ve enabled everything, it accepts reviews from the product page no problem.  The reviews are auto published, and set to published right now. I can go to any product, write a review, and it accepts from there. However, no products show any review count - they remain at 0. What am I doing wrong? John

Star ratings fail to display after search

I have a product listing by category page that has a filter function at the side.The store is hosted on BigCommerce.At each product card, there is a Yotpo Star Rating for each respective product. The problem is that after filter been applied (for example show Female only clothing), the Star Rating has disappeared from the card. How do I get Star Rating to display again?

Multi-language option for review widget

Hi there,We aim to display our review widget for the same product on both the English and Dutch versions of our product page. We're using WooCommerce. Unfortunately, Yotpo doesn't offer this feature, so now we need to collect new reviews for the same product, which doesn't make sense.Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Thanks!

Cookie consent on Magento 2

Hi, I’m trying to make our website compliant with cookie consent laws, and I noticed that the Yotpo extensions sets a cookie (yotpo_pixel) which I can’t catch by my third-party software, so people who have opted out of cookies still get this cookie.Does anyone have a solution to this?

Yotpo smsbump do not have pop-up

I downloaded the plugin smsbump from shopify and intend to use it. But after a week I realized that many of his functions are not the same as they were in the beginning.1. The webpage popup function is gone2. Contacts are not automatically synchronized3. The data analysis seems to be different from before. What's wrong with it? I've been looking for customer service everywhere and can't get in touch with anyone.

Adobe Commerce "Single Store Mode"

We were having an issue where we couldn’t get Yotpo configured in our Adobe Commerce/Magento v2.4.6 store & figured out it was due to it being set to “Single Store Mode”.   We opened a ticket with Yotpo support & they told us it was a known issue and it’s not currently supported but there was no timeline or information on if/when it would be fixed which is confusing because when searching for more information on this problem we found there to be many references to “Single Store Mode” within the official Yotpo extension & the functionality was even built into previous Magento releases so it looks like this was supported at some point. So we just wanted to see if anyone else has run into this issue & if they were able to figure out a solution that didn’t involve changing the store mode?   We have a lot of extensions & customizations so changing that store mode would require a considerable amount of testing & potentially development work if it were to break anythin

Lost stars in organic seo results

Hello,I noticed from months ago that the stars ratings dissapeared in our organical seo results. Is this due to the plan we currently have or is it any other reason? We had stars displaying in seo results in the past but apprently this function dissapeared for no reason. Can you please help me recover this function?
