Customer should be able to leave reviews without the need of leaving a comment.
A lot of times we end up with just an “A” or “K” for the review just because the customer wants to leave a star review without a comment.
I know a lot of new review companies are doing this to collect more reviews.
This would increase the amount of reviews for all companies out there and it would be great and a fast way to collect more star rating for site and reviews

I agree, I think a lot of customers wind up not giving feedback at all because they have to write something. Business could possibly lose out on a lot of star ratings. We are currently importing review data from another provider and 2/3 of the data is star ratings, which we will lose because it is also not possible to import star ratings that don’t have a written review as well.
