Review not appearing on ourwebsite

How long does it take for Yotpo to publish a review to a website? The dashboard says our latest review was published, but it’s been 36 hours and it’s not showing on our website.

Side note: are there any plans to update Yotpo’s website interface? Not at all user-friendly, and certainly not intuitive, and I’ve heard that from a lot of people already.

I really can’t send the time on it, there are just so many things wrong with the interface. Of all the apps in my tech stack Yotpo is the least user friendly. and the one I dread interacting with. The whole website needs a do over. Maybe someone else here can provide detailed feedback. Thanks.
