Customers name dropping a competitor in their Reviews - best practices?
I’ve been noticing as our reviews base grows that I am seeing more instances of customers name dropping a competitor in their review. Not always in a bad way. Sometimes it’s “I like these better than X brand” or “was hoping these would work but I went with X brand instead”. Wondering what others are doing here, allowing them or not allowing them, seeing positive results from leaving the or removing them? Etc. Thank you.

Re-sent review request and replacement review is strange?
Hey there! I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal and if the feature is working as it should. We were testing the re-send review request option, so we had a customer (friend) leave a review (they had made a purchase and the request was in their email) and they left a great review, and when we re-sent the request they were just going to change the star rating from 4 to 5. Well they got the re-sent request, but when the review updated all of their original review was replaced and now the header just says “revised review” and the body says “now with five stars”. The person told us there wasn’t a space to write a review just to change the star rating? It seems to kind of invalidate the whole process of asking a customer to revise a review if they can’t actually write anything :(We traded a really thoughtful four star review for a five star one that looks like it's written by an AI bot :(Is there some potential that this person accidentally looked over the space to customize the re

Reviews: Check if orders are being pulled from your store (with examples)
💡 Did you know that, if we have not detected any orders from your store for the past 5 days, we’ll notify you directly in the Yotpo Admin Notification Center. If you see this notification, first check if your eCommerce store registered purchases during the last 5 days.If your store did not receive purchases, you can ignore the notification. If your store did receive purchases in the past 5 days, there might be an issue with the integration between Yotpo and your store. Follow the instructions below to fix the issue.Once you’ve resolved the issue, it may take a few hours before the notification stops displaying.
