Magento to Shopify Migration - Yotpo reviews not showing

Hello, We recently migrated our store from Magento to Shopify and prior product reviews are not showing, even after connecting to Yotpo. Does anyone know how to show the prior reviews from Magento on Shopify? Thanks for the help! Diego C.

urgent yotpo widget broken after dashboard error 500 fix

Hello,Case #00788718 - Can you please talk to support to escalate ticket and give us an urgent solution? We requested to fix our dashboard since it displayed an error 500. Support replied they did it and since then they broke the design of the widget in our site.

Re-sent review request and replacement review is strange?

Hey there! I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal and if the feature is working as it should. We were testing the re-send review request option, so we had a customer (friend) leave a review (they had made a purchase and the request was in their email) and they left a great review, and when we re-sent the request they were just going to change the star rating from 4 to 5. Well they got the re-sent request, but when the review updated all of their original review was replaced and now the header just says “revised review” and the body says “now with five stars”. The person told us there wasn’t a space to write a review just to change the star rating? It seems to kind of invalidate the whole process of asking a customer to revise a review if they can’t actually write anything :(We traded a really thoughtful four star review for a five star one that looks like it's written by an AI bot :(Is there some potential that this person accidentally looked over the space to customize the re

Star ratings fail to display after search

I have a product listing by category page that has a filter function at the side.The store is hosted on BigCommerce.At each product card, there is a Yotpo Star Rating for each respective product. The problem is that after filter been applied (for example show Female only clothing), the Star Rating has disappeared from the card. How do I get Star Rating to display again?

YotPo Not Sending Out Review Requests

I have asked and asked and asked for this to be fixed and I’m not getting any answers. I have YotPo setup correctly, I have gone through every troubleshooting page they have sent me, “send automatic requests” is turned on, emails are setup down to the colors, text, how often to send, etc. and still, not working.Every once in a while, one will send but most of the time nothing.I have over 985 orders since May 4th and only 51 automatic review requests have been sent out. I have recently started sending out review requests manually just to get it done.What in the heck?I have been a customer since 2014 so what gives?Can anyone at YotPo fix this or am I just out of luck?

Hello, I would like to receive some information's. I have a client that uses Yotpo on their website for reviews. I read the articles where I can feature reviews in my klaviyo campaigns and flows etc etc. But I would like to build a request a review flow for Okendo or Trustpilot has, this is something Yotpo can provide too? Thanks

Hi there!I'm currently working on a Headless project where we will use Yotpo. I'm already using the API, creating and retrieving the reviews. My question is about videos. How can I upload videos to reviews using the API? I'm able to upload images, but not videos. I did not find any reference at the documentation.

Creating a Unified Review Submission Form Across Multiple Courses

Hello Yotpo Community, I'm looking to streamline our review process by implementing a single review submission form embedded in a button on our website that allows customers to select which course they want to review from a dropdown menu, rather than having separate review options for each course/product. Currently, we manage reviews for each course individually, which complicates our workflow. We’d like to have something like the SEO widget on our website with a button above it with the embedded form. Is there a way to set up one review form in Yotpo or through a 3rd party integration that lets users choose the course/product they want to review? I’ve chatted to YotPo support multiple times and they seem to think it’s not possible, but I’ve seen it done on another website.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, long time lurker, first time poster. 1 Who owns product reviews left on my website?2 What are the terms & conditions to which a reviewer is adhereing when they publish a product review - those on my website, or those on Yotpo? If it’s Yotpo, is it possible to edit them?3 By default, am I allowed to use product reviews left on my website on other sites, eg resellers?  Thanks for any help you can provide :)

Customers name dropping a competitor in their Reviews - best practices?

I’ve been noticing as our reviews base grows that I am seeing more instances of customers name dropping a competitor in their review. Not always in a bad way. Sometimes it’s “I like these better than X brand” or “was hoping these would work but I went with X brand instead”.  Wondering what others are doing here, allowing them or not allowing them, seeing positive results from leaving the or removing them? Etc. Thank you.

Do Yotpo reviews get indexed for SEO? We are seeing errors in Google Search Console

We run Yotpo Reviews on a WooCommerce site.  For SEO we use the Yoast plugin and the Yoast WooCommerce plugin.There might be interference between Yotpo and Yoast.Google Search Console tells us that the markup on our product pages is missing these 2 fields: “aggregateRating” and “review”.Does Yotpo populate those fields and others necessary for good SEO indexing of our ratings and reviews?  We don’t see them on our product pages Has anyone else seen conflict between Yotpo and Yoast?  Is the solution to turn off Yoast?

Multi-language option for review widget

Hi there,We aim to display our review widget for the same product on both the English and Dutch versions of our product page. We're using WooCommerce. Unfortunately, Yotpo doesn't offer this feature, so now we need to collect new reviews for the same product, which doesn't make sense.Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Thanks!

How long does it take for newly published reviews to appear on the product page?

We’re testing Yotpo Reviews on a WooCommerce (Wordpress) website.When we submit and approve reviews they usually do not appear on the actual product page until sometimes several hours later.  They do eventually appear on the product page ------ but hours later.Is this normal?Seems odd.   We don’t understand what the technical reason is for this.New reviews appear just as slowly even if we change the setting in Yotpo.com > Reviews > Reviews Widget > General Settings > Select “Immediate Update (Temporary)”

Widget review count not updating

Hi there,Since December we have noticed that our widget review count is not updating and the displayed review count on our website is less than what is showing in the settings pages for our reviews.I have opened two separate tickets on separate occasions and have had no support at all other than an email stating the support request has been opened and one a little while later asking if we have reviewed your most recent note (which we have not).Has the support response changed recently as previously responses to support tickets have been received via email?Kind regardsSteve.
