Before joining Yotpo, I was the Social Media Specialist at Yotpo SMSBump (you can read more about SMSBump >>>here<<<). I’m located in Sofia 🌍, Bulgaria’s capital. As part of the Community team, I’m not only overseeing your engagement with the Yotpo community but also working to empower & grow the Amazing women in eCommerce Slack community (more about it >>>here<<<). 

🔮 When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, reading sci-fi & fantasy novels, arguing with my cats, and perfecting my tarot card reading skills.

Working with the Yotpo SMSBump marketing team is a blast! 

The Social Media Specialist role is a challenging one. But the key to success is not looking at Social Media as a stand-alone channel but as an integrated part of the company’s marketing and product strategy. Cross-team collaboration is also important, and I feel lucky to be a part of a team of professionals who see Social Media (and now the Community platforms I manage) as a strong growth channel.
