Hey @jlee! I would say that you need to educate them across your channels, and include them in your mission too! Run special campaigns rewarding them for making donations, or match their donations if you can. If you want to educate without a financial commitment, try leveraging social media — go on Instagram Live, write about why your mission matters to you (and why it should be important to them too!
