If a customer has a subscription set up, and wants to add a one time purchase item, can they do that? For example, if a customer has a coffee of the month subscription set up and that wanted to add a coffee cup to an upcoming order. Does Yotpo have that option available?

@CityChick it’s a great Q! They can update the existing upcoming order with an additional item, but not a one-time item. In other words, they can add another item to the existing subscription schedule. However(!), there is always the option to remove an item from an upcoming subscription (see screenshot). 

 

The shoppers can do this from their subscription management portal anytime they want :)
