Hello all,

Acquisition is still super important to me because my brand is still growing. How do you recommend focusing on acquisition and retention at the same time?

Hello! Absolutely - acquisition should still be super important for a brands success! Focus on building relationships with the customers you acquire as soon as you win them — that’ll kickstart your retention strategy from the very beginning. How?  asking your newly acquired customers for reviews, feedback etc’ will help you understand what your new customers like - which new customers to acquire, and how to retain them.
