Hi @daveb, great question! Within your SMSBump admin, navigate to Flows & Automations on the left pane and click “Create Flow”. We have pre-canned templates for abandoned checkout ready for you to enable. Just find one of the predefined abandoned checkout messages > click “Create Flow” > customize the copy to fit your brand’s voice (optional) > click “Save” to enable. It’s that easy!
