Hey everyone!

I’ve been an iPhone user for a few years now, and I’m curious about what others are doing to keep their battery health up as long as possible. I know batteries naturally degrade, but I’ve heard things like charging to only 80%, avoiding full drain, and even enabling certain settings can make a difference.

For those of you who’ve managed to keep your battery health above 90% after a year or more, what tips or habits would you recommend? Are there any specific settings you use, charging routines you follow, or accessories you swear by?

Is here anyone who can help?

After installing some mod apps and games through the Scarlet iOS app store, I've noticed that my battery starts draining much more quickly. What could be the reason for this? Could it be due to these installed apps and games?

To maintain your iPhone battery health, it's best to charge it between 20-80% and avoid letting it fully drain or charging it to 100% all the time. Enabling the Optimized Battery Charging setting can also help slow down battery aging. Using a quality charger and avoiding extreme temperatures is crucial, as heat can damage the battery. These habits have worked well for me in keeping my battery in good condition for over a year.

To keep your iPhone's battery health above 90% after a year, try to maintain the charge between 20-80% and avoid letting it drain completely or charge to 100% too often. Enabling the Optimized Battery Charging feature in iOS helps reduce wear by delaying a full charge until just before you wake up. Using MFi-certified chargers and cables is essential to prevent overheating or voltage problems, and avoiding extreme temperatures—whether heat or cold—is crucial. While fast charging is convenient, using a slower charger whenever possible can help preserve battery health over time.

To keep your iPhone battery healthy over time, avoid extreme temperatures and keep your charge between 20% and 80%. Use original chargers to prevent damage. Enable  Optimized Battery Charging  in settings, and update your iOS regularly. If you use your iPhone while charging, like for calls or videos,  “ soat por placa “  (time for charging and usage) should be balanced to avoid overheating.
