We recommend leveraging your existing channels — you can send out quizzes and polls to ask customers what they like and don’t like and even reward them with loyalty points, you can also use shopping behavior data from your loyalty program, and use SMS to ask questions. For me resourcefulness is key to navigate privacy changes!
