Do you happen to know if the VIP Tier Earned webhook fires when you go down a tier because of points redemptions? I know it works when you gain a new tier, but wondering about the opposite direction. Thanks.

I got an answer to this….
You should not go down a tier due to points redemptions. You would go down a tier if points are removed due to a refund.
If you do drop down a tier for any legitimate reason it would fire the Tier Lost webhook event.
