I respond to every 4 Star Review with a personal email asking how we could have achieved 5 stars. The answers have been so insightful!

Really the best way to get more 
is by simply asking your happy customers to share their love. And from my experience, timing is also critical to collecting more reviews - depending on the product, it might be better to ask for a review in the first 24 h of delivery or, in some cases - even after a month!
That is a really great idea.
I don’t know if it’s a “fun” strategy, per se, but I think publicly responding to every review, whether it’s good or bad, really helps with engagement.
