We recently migrated our store from Magento to Shopify and prior product reviews are not showing, even after connecting to Yotpo. 

Does anyone know how to show the prior reviews from Magento on Shopify?

To show prior reviews from Magento on Shopify using Yotpo:

  1. Export Reviews: Export the reviews from your Magento store in a CSV format.
  2. Format CSV: Ensure the CSV matches Yotpo's import template.
  3. Import to Yotpo: Use Yotpo's import feature to upload the reviews into your Shopify store
