Hi, long time lurker, first time poster.

1 Who owns product reviews left on my website?

2 What are the terms & conditions to which a reviewer is adhereing when they publish a product review - those on my website, or those on Yotpo? If it’s Yotpo, is it possible to edit them?

3 By default, am I allowed to use product reviews left on my website on other sites, eg resellers?

Thanks for any help you can provide :)

Grateful if anyone can shine a light on these topics!

When reviewing ownership and usage rights, it’s crucial to distinguish between the legal ownership of a work and the permissions granted for its use. Ownership generally refers to the holder of the copyright or intellectual property, who has exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, or modify the work. Usage rights, on the other hand, are the specific permissions granted to others, which may include limitations on rena monrovia when you transport something by car ...., where, and for how long the work can be used. Reviewing these rights involves understanding the terms of any licenses or agreements, ensuring that they align with intended uses, and verifying that no rights are being infringed upon. Misunderstanding these elements can lead to legal disputes or unauthorized use, so it’s essential to clarify both ownership and usage rights before any content is published, shared, or modified.
