Hello,
Case #00788718 - Can you please talk to support to escalate ticket and give us an urgent solution? We requested to fix our dashboard since it displayed an error 500. Support replied they did it and since then they broke the design of the widget in our site.
Hi Savina,
That is correct. That problem was actually solved by them weeks ago, but when they reverted the change to solve the error 500 in the dashboard, for some reasone the config after revertion took again the #. Now we are back with the problem of an active and working widget making the web speed slow as a turtle. I can’t believe yotpo simply hears the complain and does not actually move forward to offer a solution to it. The aws hosting you have creates timeouts with every api consult, and nobody seems to care to solve this.
Our Yotpo widget experienced a significant malfunction following an attempt to resolve a 500 error on our dashboard. Despite successfully addressing the initial server error, the widget remains unresponsive, failing to display customer reviews and ratings as expected. This issue is critical as it directly impacts our customer engagement and trust. We are currently investigating the root cause and are working closely with the Yotpo support team to implement a swift and effective solution. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
If your Yotpo widget is broken following a dashboard error 500 fix, it's crucial to address this promptly to restore functionality. Start by checking your Yotpo integration settings to ensure all configurations are correctly updated post-error resolution. Verify that the widget code is correctly implemented on your website's pages and that there are no syntax errors or misconfigurations in the code itself. If issues persist, consider reaching out to Yotpo support for further assistance, providing details about the error and steps taken to resolve it, to expedite a solution.
