Since December we have noticed that our widget review count is not updating and the displayed review count on our website is less than what is showing in the settings pages for our reviews.
I have opened two separate tickets on separate occasions and have had no support at all other than an email stating the support request has been opened and one a little while later asking if we have reviewed your most recent note (which we have not).
Has the support response changed recently as previously responses to support tickets have been received via email?
