So, I have a shopify website and I set up embed and popup forms and welcome flows for my SMS marketing, when they sign up they get the confirmation button but as soon as they confirm the welcome flows automatically changes from live to draft. also the analytics of the embed and popup are not update when someone signs up, the only way i know if someone signs up is to see at the bottem left how many subscribers i have.
 

I would appreciate it soo much if someone can help me resolve this matter, i have been trying to fix this for like 3hrs no result.
