these are the welcome flows iam talking about btw

So, I have a shopify website and I set up embed and popup forms and welcome flows for my SMS marketing, when they sign up they get the confirmation button but as soon as they confirm the welcome flows automatically changes from live to draft. also the analytics of the embed and popup are not update when someone signs up, the only way i know if someone signs up is to see at the bottem left how many subscribers i have for can am x3 accessories.

I would appreciate it soo much if someone can help me resolve this matter, i have been trying to fix this for like 3hrs no result.

 

 

The welcome flow is automatically reverting to draft due to a trigger or setting issue. Double-check the automation and ensure it’s only set to go live after the confirmation step is completed. For the analytics not updating, verify that your forms are correctly integrated with your SMS marketing app and that tracking scripts are not being blocked.
