What effects does SMS have in regards to "Your order is being handled" "Your order is sent" etc etc. Do you have any statistics showing how customers feel more taken care off, feeling more safe shopping from that specific store etc and because of that is more likely to come back? As a Manager perspective it's easy to think "Oh this would be a great service to offer our customers" but when you have thousands of customers/orders , I can't help to get stuck in "This will cost thousands of dollars", haha. But maybe it's hard to meassure the ROI on those type of texts
