I have added multiple phone numbers to the pop up but it keeps saying the confirmation was sent, but it never was. How can I actually start collecting subscribers because it’s not working.

Thanks for reaching out on Yotpo Community! It looks like your TFN was previously rejected by carriers. Our support team is actively working to verify your TFN. Once it’s approved, they will reach out to you via email. You can always check the status of your numbers by logging into Yotpo SMS and navigating to Settings > General > Global Sending Info. The change will reflect there when your Toll-Free Number is approved.
