Hi Team!

Since moving from our old review app to Yotpo, my web developer and SEO manager have noticed that our site can not be crawled by semrush due to a large HTML file. Digging deeper, they found the issue being caused by the Yotpo app. Has anyone had the same experiences?

Hi @KristinaNZ ! Can you please let me know if you’ve reached out to our support team about this? If so, I can help to flag the case.

No not yet. My experiences with the Yotpo customer service are rather poor. I am mostly being told that they can not do things and I need to reach out to a Dev (for example adding the star symbols into my cart drawer). It took me weeks to set it up correctly as the customer service can take up to 5 days to follow up on requests. But I guess I have no other option but to reach out 😉

sorry to hear that @KristinaNZ! I will personally flag this issue to our support team - can you please DM me the email address associated with your Yotpo account?

I am experiencing the same issue. I just made a post about it, then I found this post.

@KristinaNZ to solve this, our team suggests switching from V2 to V3 widgets. here is all the info you need to make that switch: https://support.yotpo.com/docs/widgets-30

I am already using the V3 widget as you can see in my source code
