Email Template Editor Beta - beta released! (Reviews Customers Only)

Reports Dashboard - released! (Reviews Customers Only)

Want to see how your products are doing after the Holiday season? Check out our new Reports Dashboard.

This release includes the following:

  • 6 quick and easy, self-serve reports in a CSV format

  • Additional filters vary by reports, such as product group and product creation date.

  • The ability to select which person, from the list of teammates of the account, will receive the report in their inbox

Reports Scheduler - coming soon! (Reviews Customers Only)

The reports scheduler provides our users with an easy and fast way to configure recurring reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Users will be able to schedule any of our 6 predefined reports and receive them automatically to their inbox (or a teammate’s inbox), without the manual hassle of triggering the report from the Yotpo admin every time.

  • Merchants will also be presented with a clear view of all scheduled reports and will have the option to pause, resume or delete any report schedule.

Rewards Sticky Bar - released! (Loyalty Shopify Customers Only)

Want an easy way to encourage shoppers to create an account and allow Loyalty customers to easily redeem their points? This new widget is simple and easy to set up and will be visible to shoppers on every page in the store (except the checkout). 

Supported Functionalities include:

  • Create account

  • Points for purchases

  • Display point balance

  • Fixed amount redemption

SMS Loyalty Flows - released! (SMS / Loyalty Enterprise Customers Only)

Check out our new SMS Flow section in your Loyalty account under 'Communications' to easily activate Loyalty SMS flows and then further customize them in your SMS account!

  • 98% of all SMS messages are opened, making it a powerful communication tool to send the right message at the right time, like when a customer reaches a loyalty program milestone.
