how much time should be set for return policy of medical products?

I have often faced some users and clients that buy uncut drugs online from our stores but after the long time they returns the goods even after the use while the raw material and quality are the main reasons for our success but they guys are frauds. Yotpo Reviews privacy question

Hello Yotpo Community:We are using Yotpo Reviews on several public-facing websites.  Our privacy team recently flagged Yotpo as a technology that is performing data collection and should be blocked or removed from the page for visitors who opt out of data collection.  Any suggestions on how to do this?We prefer not to remove Reviews from the web page entirely.  An API to turn off data collection for visitors who opt out would be ideal.  However, if that does not exist, we will need to explore removing Yotpo for visitors who decline consent.This is a major issue in countries where GDPR applies, as you might imagine.Thanks,Christopher

Subscription Tags passed to Shopify

I’ve noticed that Yotpo subscription adds tags to customers in Shopify. Is there a guide that indicates what conditions these tags represent. It appears that tags are also not removed from a customer based on their behavior as least when I attempt to segment customers based on these tags. What I’m trying to do is segment customers who have an active subscription, customers that have paused their subscription, and customers who have canceled their subscriptions. However in cases where the customer has more than one subscription the tags are really not useful.

Anchor to On Page Widget

The self-service aspect of the Yotpo on-page review widget is great, but can anyone suggest a way to help with this use case: customer service asks a customer to leave a review for a product they have and in this request give the customer as few steps as possible to complete the task.I was thinking an anchor link (not supported according to Yotpo live chat). Any other suggestions?

Yotpo module and broken store design

Hello yotpo users,We just landed here trying to find an answer to the problem we are experiencing. We have use yotpo forever and we have it installed in our web with the “My yotpo” module created by Jorge Vargas. Suddenly and without making any kind of changes to the config of the module we realize that the store design is broken. The yotpo badge on foot of the web does not display correctly. The reviews don’t display properly below the product description, and broken design code displays below the foot of the web. We tried to update the my yotpo modulo to its later version in our test store but the problem still remains. We commented the problem with a couple of programmers and both agree that the problem comes from the yotpo servers and they way it delivers the info throught their API. We dont really know what to do. If you deactive the module the store design displays correctly but products dont display any reviews. If we leave it active as it is it really creates lack of confidence

Yotpo X Klaviyo: Viewing redemptions in Klaviyo

Hi! I am wanting to exclude loyalty members who have made a redemption in the last 30 days from a flow. I’m trying to filter these members in a Klaviyo flow but I can’t seem to find a metric which will ID these loyalty members.  I created a segment in Yotpo to see who these people are, but it doesn’t look like you can sync segments to Klaviyo from Yotpo either? Thanks so much!

YotPo Not Sending Out Review Requests

I have asked and asked and asked for this to be fixed and I’m not getting any answers. I have YotPo setup correctly, I have gone through every troubleshooting page they have sent me, “send automatic requests” is turned on, emails are setup down to the colors, text, how often to send, etc. and still, not working.Every once in a while, one will send but most of the time nothing.I have over 985 orders since May 4th and only 51 automatic review requests have been sent out. I have recently started sending out review requests manually just to get it done.What in the heck?I have been a customer since 2014 so what gives?Can anyone at YotPo fix this or am I just out of luck?

Referral API request headers CORS problem

Hi comminity,I’m trying to use Yotpo’s API documentation to implement Yotpo’s referral into my test shopify store. Exporting Subscriber List

Why can’t we export the SMS and email list out of Yotpo? It’s frustrating because the subscriber analytics is showing inaccurate data for my account and there’s no way to verify the data. Even the reports section of Yotpo doesn’t help me. I was easily able to do this on our old email platform before switching to Yotpo.  I do have someone helping to fix the subscriber analytics page - apparently it’s some issue with the UI. But this fix still doesn’t address the issue that I can’t see my total list size.

Testing an SMS message

I can test an email with a test button but when it comes to SMS, how can I test it? I’m not receiving an SMS to my number and I haven’t been able to figure it out. It could  have been because it’s a staff number or it was once subscribed before even if a customer account has been deleted. I don’t know why and it’s hard to find out without a test feature.

Yotpo app causes large HTML size?

Hi Team! Since moving from our old review app to Yotpo, my web developer and SEO manager have noticed that our site can not be crawled by semrush due to a large HTML file. Digging deeper, they found the issue being caused by the Yotpo app. Has anyone had the same experiences?

Using PageSpeed Insights to review and optimize my website » www.metals4uonline.comThe Yotpo customer reviews widget is 440.9 kb resource size, and makes up 82% of page loading time !!Is there a way to minify it?? <https://staticw2.yotpo.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/widget.js> (X replaces my ref #)I’ve even opened the file, copied the text, then saved it locally to my server and modified the code to point to the local file “./js/widget.js” in hope to speed up loading and eliminate my largest HTTP Request of the entire website!

How long does it take for newly published reviews to appear on the product page?

We’re testing Yotpo Reviews on a WooCommerce (Wordpress) website.When we submit and approve reviews they usually do not appear on the actual product page until sometimes several hours later.  They do eventually appear on the product page ------ but hours later.Is this normal?Seems odd.   We don’t understand what the technical reason is for this.New reviews appear just as slowly even if we change the setting in Yotpo.com > Reviews > Reviews Widget > General Settings > Select “Immediate Update (Temporary)”

Unable to Contact Yotpo Support - Login Issue

Hello,I am reaching out through this forum because I am facing a serious issue that is preventing me from accessing my personal area on Yotpo. I am unable to log in both through the Yotpo homepage (yotpo.com) and the direct login link (https://login.yotpo.com/#/login?signup_utm_source=yotpo_website). It seems that there is a problem with the Yotpo server, as it is not responding to login requests.I have attempted to contact Yotpo support to report this anomaly, but unfortunately, I have been unable to do so due to the same issue. I hope that by posting this message, the issue can be brought to the attention of the appropriate technical team.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a resolution to this problem as soon as possible.

Can increase/speedup API request rate limit to send more products to Yotpo

We are using API to send client products to Yotpo. We should send 200k+ SKUs to Yotpo. But got rate limit exceeded and couldn’t send all SKUs in time. Taking 30 mins to send 5k SKUs.You are following limit of 5 requests/second on API requests. So we couldn’t send/complete all SKUs to you in time by this restriction.Can you please suggest any way to allow this without any restriction?

Widget review count not updating

Hi there,Since December we have noticed that our widget review count is not updating and the displayed review count on our website is less than what is showing in the settings pages for our reviews.I have opened two separate tickets on separate occasions and have had no support at all other than an email stating the support request has been opened and one a little while later asking if we have reviewed your most recent note (which we have not).Has the support response changed recently as previously responses to support tickets have been received via email?Kind regardsSteve.
